Master Ling offers Changquan 长拳 Long Fist Kung Fu at his Noblesville dojo and at ICCCI Chinese School at Carmel High School for all ages.  Master Ling’s classes begin with fundamental techniques including kicks, strikes, blocks and jumps that will improve overall body condition including strength, flexibility and reflexes. Intermediate and advanced students learn techniques such as qin na (seizing and controlling) and shuai fa (takedowns) for a more comprehensive understanding of the martial art.
